Do I need to drop anything off? +
Never. We come to you — your home, backyard, or cabin. You don't need to go anywhere or drop anything off, ever.
How long does the treatment last? +
Our professional fabric protection lasts one full season. Edmonton's UV and weather conditions mean seasonal reapplication gives you the best long-term results — which is why we offer Spring, Summer and Fall visits.
What fabrics do you treat? +
All common outdoor fabrics — Sunbrella, polyester, acrylic and canvas material. We confirm your fabric type during the on-site assessment.
Do I need to be home during the visit? +
Yes — we ask that someone is present so we can walk through our findings with you. Most visits take 45 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on your package.
Is the treatment safe for pets and children? +
Yes — once dry (approximately 2 hours) the treatment is completely safe. We recommend keeping the area clear while we apply and while it dries.
Why does Edmonton's climate damage cushions faster? +
Alberta has some of the highest UV exposure in Canada combined with extreme temperature swings and very dry weather in general. Even premium fabrics like Sunbrella have a 3–5 year lifespan without proper protection. Annual treatment can significantly extend that.
