We are confident you’re going to love your KOUSa cushion(s). Under regular conditions, we offer refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, however due to COVID-19, return or exchange is not possible at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There are no refund or exchange on sale items or auction items.
Upholstery or Custom Fabric Return Policy
We do not offer refund or exchange on any custom work (upholstery) neither on custom fabric. Please know that every custom orders go through a very specific process and we make sure to go above and beyond to ensure orders are process with the highest quality and service.
